Texas A&M University-Commerce
Texas A&M University-Commerce founded in 1889 as East Texas Normal College, offers more than 100 major fields of study through 26 academic departments. Academic affairs is composed of three Colleges

- College of Humanities, Social Sciences & Arts
- College of Sciences, Engineering & Agriculture
Texas A&M University-Commerce also offers:

The main campus has many new facilities for learning and recreation, including our new Music Building, Student Center, Science Building with a state of the art Planetarium, Recreation Center and dorms. There are often activities on campus that are open to all such as plays in our Theatre, music performances, art exhibitions and planetarium shows.
